Online Auction FAQ

1. How do I have to register to buy?
Please fill out the Man Up Sign Up form.

2. How do I know what an item is worth?
Valuation is by its nature subjective. It has been determined by our professional exhibit curators.

3. How do I bid?
Click the thumbnail of the print you would like to bid on. You will now be on the print detail page, at the bottom of the page click the “Bid” link. This will open an email which you can enter your bid amount. Once you confirm your bid, your bid will be placed. In order to bid you should first Man Up Sign Up form.  To place a valid bid you must bid above the minimum bid.  To win it must be the highest bid placed by Sunday September 9th 2012 8PM EST. Please be generouse you are supporting efforts worldwide to stop violence against women.

4.Can I cancel or retract my bid?
All bids are considered binding and a bid should not be cancelled or retracted. Remeber the intended purpose is to support the Man Up Campaign with the added benefit of gaining a wonderful photographic print. Mistakes can occur in which case you must contact us via the item bid link.

Reasons for possible bid retraction or cancellation include entering the incorrect bid amount (For example: $10,000 instead of $1,000).

7. Does the final price include shipping?
The winning bidder is responsible for all shipping cost and insurance cost. Shipping will be from New York City. Please consider this when bidding.

Arrangements can be made when you are confirming and paying for of your winning bid.

8. When Does Auction Close?
When does the auction close Sunday September 9th 2012 8PM EST. An auction is extended when a bid is made 10 minutes before the auction ends. The auction closing will be postponed for 10 minutes and may be the case several times until a one minute period has lapsed without bidding. When an auction is extended, bidders are notified via e-mail.

9. As the winning bidder, how can I pay for an item I've won?
Final Payment arrangement can be made on confirmation of winning bid.

10. The Online Auctions is in US dollars ($), how do I convert currencies?
Currently, all items must be listed are US dollars ($) and please bid in US dollars. You can convert currency amounts at
